Okay, I don’t think this recipe are going to be original recipe for guacamole, but the fact that I love to digging on it is more than enough for me. My purpose to cook is to enjoy food, to enjoy food that I love to eat, to enjoy the process of cooking and to enjoy experimenting.
I think mostly my recipe are a bit crossing the line against traditional, just fitting my personal appetite, that is all, because from my point of view cooking is personal preference. And that is what I applied to this guacamole recipe hehe. I love the sharpness of shallot, fragrance acidity of lime and spicy chilli, to be mix with the creamy soft avocado, well, heaven, I call it heaven haha.
And there it is, my kind of junk food since I eat it a lot with bunch of Spanish corn tortilla which is so delicious, a plate full of tortilla are gone, owh I still have some of guacamole on the bowl, so lets have another plate of tortilla, and there you go *haha excuse me
