This post are going to talk about my breakfast. I already posted on how to make Tempeh bacon, and it is so easy to make. The weather outside are getting colder, I just want to prepare my body with nutritious meal, I doing best as I could to shield my health. As last year experience, even though I already ate healthy food with the best way possible, still I have long period Flu. Even while write this, I got flu from my kids, so yeah, I can not imagine if I just randomly eating this and that, while I believe that food are good to prevent and heal. But who want to be fall ill? I don’t think no one.
Taking care of my self in essential as well as yours, how could I taking care of family if I am not taking care of myself? both in mentally and physically. Ah I don’t want to talk about any complicated things hehe.
I think lets go back to this meals, I serve this meal with slice avocado, Sautéed crispy potatoes and green bean, also tomatoes relish. The recipe for tomatoes relish would be write as follow.

- 5 cherry tomatoes, quarter it
- 1 cucumber, discard the core and then dice it
- 1/2 red onion dice it
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 lemon, squeeze the juice
- Handfull celery leaves, slice it
- 2 tbs virgin olive oil or garlic infuse olive oil
- Just mix all the ingredient together and it should be eaten right away.

Me too, I love tempeh so much, when I was little, tempeh was my mom kitchen standard staple a long with Indonesian Tofu 😉
