My mood are swinging like wrecking ball, destroying every bit of my tranquility, I need to seek refugee. I always seek refugee on food, in modest and delicate way. Food is my conveyance so I just need to talk to my body to what it’s need. This time, I am sorry vegan, I need some egg, soft fried egg with healthy fat and bunch of green.

I am so so so lucky, in eating manner, I never been have a high peek of crazy appetite, neither I have attachment for certain food, even attachment for my Indonesian culinary heritage, I only answer what my body calling to.
My mom basically love to explored food, any kind of them, but in the past we have limited source on food we had, and lucky me, I saw those habit of my mom experimenting and dare to tried some new, odd or alien ingredient to us, so here I am being a good daughter *evil laugh.
I want some garlic and sesame oil on my spinach (it is frozen spinach, owh don’t look at me that way, it is practical and in nutritional manner, it not lost any bit of nutrient), I want some Italian mix herb for my mix frozen vegetable, I want soft sunny side egg with black pepper and sweet grilled cherry tomatoes as it is. Call me crazy, yeah, but this are delicious.

GOOD MOOD FOOD
Serve 2 small portion
INGREDIENT
FOR SPINACH
- 100 Gram frozen spinach
- 2 fat garlic clove, crush and chop
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs toasted sesame
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil (I want some bold dept flavour)
FOR SAUTÉED MIX VEGETABLE
- Frozen ready to used mixed vegetable (I have artichoke, brussel sprout, petit pois, broad bean, dice carrot and green bean)
- 1 fat garlic, crush and chop
- 1/2 sweet onion, slice
- 1 tsp mix Italian herb
- Sea salt and pepper to taste (I choose black pepper for some smoky and strong flavour)
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil (I want some bold dept flavour)
OTHER INGREDIENT
- 1 stem of sweet cherry tomatoes, or 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- Black pepper
- Sea salt
HOW TO
- For the spinach, in hot medium pan and medium high heat, put inside the olive oil garlic, fried until the garlic are slightly golden then put inside the spinach, give the season with sea salt and pepper continue with sesame oil, quick stirred then lastly sprinkle with toasted sesame, take out from heat.
- For the Mix vegetable, in the same pan, put inside the olive oil and put inside the sweet onion, sautéed until the onion are translucent, if you can manage to half burn them, that would be even better, continue to put inside the garlic. Stirred for sometime until fragrance and sweet. Then put inside the mix vegetable and season with sea salt and mix Italian herb. Stirred well and thoroughly then take out from the heat.
- Fried your egg, with regular vegetable oil, season with sea salt and black paper.
- Lastly, the cherry tomatoes, put the heat really hight in the same pan you used before (I hate washing too many pan hehe), put the cherry tomatoes in, cooked until the bottom of tomatoes are burned, season with sea salt (if you have sea salt flake or fleur de sal, used it, it will have strong delight salty taste)
- Arrange as you please and ready to serve.
