I know, it still spring, and oddly are quite cold here in Madrid. Though was quite warm too few weeks on February, well the weather are change, which I hope the heat are not getting worst.

This are just how I compensate to my need on freshness, I am not sure are sparkling water good in long run, but my consideration are there only few amount of sugar in this specific drink, and I only used agave as sweetener. The freshness stingy mint, fresh sour raspberry and lemon, if I would miss the summer that would be the drink, as for me cold are better than stingy hot Spanish summer, though I love Spanish so much, I consider Madrid as my hometown now.
Vale, los vamos.
