I feel quite even more worried lately, when I really get used to suffering heartburn from overflowing stomach acid. I got chest pain, which put me even more anxious. I don’t really like to visit a doctor, for very odd reason, it just scared me. So I refuse a suggestion to check myself.
I know it may be come from my anxiety attack (I already experiencing another symptom attack, but not chest pain) , for what I tried is I calm myself down and watch what I eat, if before I was control freak on what I eat, now it is like I watch even more closely. Quite confusing though, for what you know how depression is (sometime it will impacting you neglecting yourself), instead I crazily nourishing myself which seem quite opposite.
This juice maybe my self assuring that everything will be okay after all, for now drink this juice (my head talking). This recipe just need very simple ingredient and delicious ( Iam making it light and not too thick), but you need a juicer though, and I think will be quite hard to extract the juice in manual way.
SO shall we?
MY DIGESTION AID (Simple green juice)
- 4-5 Celery stalk
- 2 cucumber
- 1 apple
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- In juicer, put in celery stalk, cucumber and apple. Divided into 2 glass, see as easy as you lift a finger (but not easy to clean up the juicer though hehe).
- Sprinkle each glass with 1 tbs chia seed and stir it well.
- Ready to enjoy.
