LIGHT SECOND BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

I miss, really miss to devour some smoothie, it is been too long. But I already had a breakfast, typical Spanish breakfast, toast Spanish pan, with tomatoes and olive oil. Sigh, the addicting is real, so I dig my fridge to find any frozen banana, usually I stock a pile of over ripe banana.

It is my lucky day, I found a beautiful frozen banana, yummm. I also wanting something different here, by mixing chia pudding and smoothie, it was turn super delicious. I am surprised that my partner finished it in just a second, ah maybe it is because he already change direction or it was just simply delicious, I don’t know *haha.

The super easy and just few ingredient is another pleasure for me, basically I love few ingredient recipe, I love simplicity also lazy as hell, and long preparation only worthy for  dishes that I worshiping so bad.

Soooo second breakfast with me? hohoho

LIGHT SECOND BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

SERVE 2 small bowl

INGREDIENT

Chia pudding (my simple version): 2 tbs of chia seed, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tbs agave, mix them well and let them sit for at least 1/2 hours until thick

  • 3 big strawberry
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • assorted fruit to serve

HOW TO

Mix all the ingredient in a blender until soft and silky. Before serve, mixing it with chia pudding and top with your favourite fresh fruit. Easyyyy right?
