I will continue the variation from previous post, the another recipe that you could play, I think it is good to have, from one recipe you will able to enjoy some others dishes. I love to have this dessert for tea time or for breakfast, it is quite light and not really fulfilling, I called this dessert as snacking, since I also not having specific dessert in any of my meals time.
You can take a look from my previous post on how to make the dumpling, while in this post I will just show you on how to enjoy it, and pulling small finger to create coconut milk broth. The coconut milk broth are sweet, warm with hint of vanilla. My kids loving it, they will sacrifice their meal to devour this dessert, which for me actually not a problem. Sweet potatoes are good and healthy and I know, in a matter of minimum 2 hours they will ask for another food.

SWEET POTATOES DUMPLING IN COCONUT MILK BROTH – VEGAN DESSERT
Serve 4-5 small bowl

Coconut milk broth
- 750ml coconut milk, not full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup un-refined sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- pinch of sugar
- Pandan leaves – knot it – optional
- In a big pot, put all the ingredient together, heat it with medium heat, until it boiled, and keep stir it, to avoid the coconut milk being separate (coconut milk have a natural character as cow milk, that the fat is being separated under high heat)
- When the broth is boiled, put inside the dumpling, the dumpling are ready to serve when it pop up in surface of the broth.
- Ready to serve warm
