Hello again, chimichurri here, trying to give you snuggle in between your cold winter and trying to give you comfort through my simple flavour, Vibrant and easy to enjoy sauce.
Another easy side dishes to make, fresh, vibrant and delicious, though I give another lil asian touch into this plate by adding smoky sesame oil, and I enjoy this with full bowl of warm jasmine rice, yummm instant comfort.

GREEN BEAN IN CHIMICHURRI
INGREDIENT
- 100-150 gram of green bean, trim the edge, blanched it (Blanched are method that cooked the veggies into boiled water then shock then with ice cold water, to maintain the freshness)
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped roughly
- Generous amount of sea salt and fresh ground of black pepper
- 1 tbs chimichurri sauce
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs sesame oil – optional
HOW TO
- In medium pan and medium heat, put inside the olive oil and garlic, sautéed just until the garlic fragrance, then put inside the cooked green bean, while you also adding the chimichurri in.
- Continue to sautéed, seasoned with sea salt and black pepper, give a taste and corrected according to your preference.
- Before you take out from the heat, drizzle with sesame oil. Take out from the heat and ready to enjoy with warm rice or with your or prefer protein.
