Far back home I used to enjoy this dishes in Chinese restaurant, which is quite common dishes to enjoy and served into the menu. This are humble dishes that could bring a lot of comfort into the dinning table, I serve this dishes at least 3 time a week, at minimum, because my kids also love to snacking on it as finger food, but mind the garlic every where.

CHINESE GREEN BEAN IN GARLIC
INGREDIENTS
- 150 gram green bean, trim the edge, boiled into boiled water until soft
- 5 clove of garlics, chopped it roughly
- sea salt and pepper
- 2 tbs olive oil
HOW TO
- In medium heat and medium pan sautéed garlic with the olive oil just directly seasoned it with sea salt and pepper, cooked until slightly golden, then rapidly toss in the green bean, stirred it thoroughly.
- Take out from the heat
- Ready to served, I serve mine with simple warm jasmine rice
